For the past 15 years, I have focused so much of my time and energy  motivating, inspiring and encouraging others to do bigger and better things.
In the process, One thing I forgot is to do bigger and better things my self.
Combining my love for Humanity, Leadership and Mentoring, I was told I could heal a rock and that I should consider starting my own Common Sense Leadership coaching and mentoring business.
Leadership,Management, Motivation, Coaching and Mentoring, Customer Service and Sales - Let's Talk About it - Live on Patreon
It was inspired by my son and daughter, who have been telling me for a very long time to set up a way for people to support the work I do.
After considering so many elements, some serious convincing and encouragement from my wife and people who I have helped in the past, I knew it was time.  Any of you that are connected with me on Linkedin and Facebook, know my relentless drive to helping others and supporting our communities.
But now, it is time for me to ask for your support.
I have big goals and dreams and I am not afraid to set them very high.
My goal is to reach

50000 supporters on Patreon by 2025.

For that, I need your support.
In return for your support, for the time being, I am giving you all I got. I will send you personal thank you note and video messages, create some video goodies and more. Once we gain traction, I will give you even more, send you some shirts, caps and merchandise for your contributions and for level 4-6 contributors I will offer live stream interviews, business assessments and 1 on 1 video sessions..
As I have mentioned, Give as much or as little as you can, whatever feels right.
And thank you for the support you have already given me.
I wouldn’t be here doing this work without all of you. I thank you and greatly appreciate you.
Please join me on Patreon and support my work and if you like my content, please  become my patron on Patreon.
I am looking forward seeing you on Patreon and up until the next video, as alway,

Do this RIGHT NOW and YOU will be pleased you did

The Ultimate KINDNESS CHALLENGE!

We have talked about this topic briefly in every leadership and recruitment videos..in fact this topic is everywhere. However, still not accepted well.
I am not sure why but,
What wisdom can you find that is greater than kindness?
Let's Talk About it!

If you prefer to watch the video:

Kindness is a vehicle of love and tolerance.
Kindness is the the key to the golden door of empathy and emotional intelligence.
Unconditional love flows through specific channels of respect, integrity, honesty, human value, responsibility, forgiveness, kindness, and compassion — and these form the foundation of common sense leadership

Humanity needs love and kindness now more than ever -
Kindness costs absolutely nothing and requires a very little effort, yet too often many of us think that to be kind requires so much work and effort and to be kind is to give something more than a few kind and loving words.  Kindness is not a weakness  or waste of time - its a strength and accomplishment.

Words are the most powerful weapon and the consequences can be devastating. Words can make or break a person. Words can start a war.
Words can inflict the wounds so deep and so painful that are harder to heal than any other wound.
Our thoughts become our words and consequently We become our words,
You have the choice. The choice is yours.
You can either:be and  Think positive, think kindness, think love and put your words to the good use and express kindness and love.
or think negative and become walking talking negativity with who cares attitude.

Love knows no boundaries and Time is the most precious thing that we don’t have enough. Link them together every day in every way - be kind and spread the kindness.
Let me ask you something:
When was the last time… you’ve picked up a phone, sent an e-mail, left a voicemail or text message just to say “ I love you! ” to your loved ones?

Here is the challenge for you!

Stop whatever you are doing right now! ( obviously reading this post )
Pick up your phone,
Call or send a text message to your loved one in particular those you haven't heard from in a long time,
Just say " I just wanted to let you know that I love you! "
Send an e-mail, Facebook message, picture or whatever comes to mind that contains words "I love you”.
Once you have completed your challenge, comment here by placing the tag #spreadkindness

We live such a busy life so much so that we forget to express our love to our closest family and friends.
Express your love and gratitude to your loved at least once a day - It's soothing, joyous and it warms people's hearts.

People carry deep wounds in their hearts that have been inflicted by words of anger - kindness heals those wounds.Help them heal and ease their pain.
Be patient, kind and openminded. Tolerant and understanding.
The act of saying something kind, true, and honest is rewarding at least for two people.

Over time, our relationships and boundaries may start to erode.
Not because we want to, but because we don't pay much attention to what we don't do enough -
hence, we might develop complacency.
We can restore this by paying attention and not taking each other for granted and once a day say I love you to your closest.
It just reaffirms our feelings and resets boundaries of joy and respect.

Kindness is not just important around our family - kindness improves our quality of life in the workplace as well as in the community. It brings people together. Doing good for others feels good. Showing kindness to others is just as rewarding as receiving it from someone else.
Practicing kindness also has a profound effect our own mental & physiological health, helping us to become happier and compassionate towards others.
Kindness is the quality of being thoughtful, generous, and considerate. Affection, gentleness, warmth, concern, and care are words that are associated with kindness. Being kind often requires courage and strength
When was the last time you performed a Random act of kindness?
  • Hold the door open for someone.
  • Return someone's cart at the store.
  • Helped an elderly in the supermarket
  • Said good day to a complete stranger on the street
  • Helped someone accomplish a goal even they thought was impossible but you knew how to fix the problem.
  • Teach someone something new and so many more...

You see, none of these acts require donating the money or require supper effort but it demonstrates kindness.
So next time you’re walking down the street, smile and say Hello to a complete stranger,
take some of your old bread and feed the birds,
when you are cutting grass in your front yard, continue pass your fence boundary into the neighbours side.
Do something positive for someone - it’s rewarding.
For today, your challenge remains - Pick up a phone and call or text someone you haven’t heard from in a while and tell them that you love them.
and let me know in the comment section bellow how it feels.
Also,
What is your favourite love quote or poem? write it in the comment section.
If you are bi-lingual - How do you say " I love you " in your mother language.
Thank you very much for watching this video and if you feel like it, please subscribe to our channel.
Share this message of love, kindness and happiness - think positive and be positive.

Be well and stay safe and up until the next post and video,
please take care of yourself and each other.
